Internet and marketing solutions company New Mind has opened an office in Timisoara Romania where it is employing eight software developers to support its Liverpool-based development team. New Mind has built its business primarily within the tourism, arts and commercial sectors and the new office will be primarily helping to develop the company’s Destination Marketing software product.
