- diluted EPS of EUR 0.38, growing 46% from Q1 2007, excluding special items.

Well I’m not sure if it’s such a good deal. For 45 billion dollars, Microsoft can buy small pieces to add to it’s puzzle, instead to spend it all on something it’s not really working right now. Yes, the opportunities are tremenduos, but the facts are Yahoo is lagging behind. Microsoft already has a struggling online division, way behind Google. Buying Yahoo will bring both back, and give Google the real “monopoly” status. Users are already upset with diffrent Microsoft products, and some people will quit using Yahoo services at all if the company goes to MS. (more…)
