SAP results, not at all as Oracle’s

German business software provider SAP reported a 15% increase in software revenues in the third 2008 quarter, which amounted to €1.99 ($2.48) billion, compared with €1.74 ($2.17) billion in the same period last year.

  • Netflix reports growth

    Netflix reported results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2008. Company has 25 percent year-over-year growth in subscribers and a 14 percent increase in EPS for the quarter. Netflix ended the second quarter of 2008 with approximately 8,411,000 total subscribers, representing 25 percent year-over-year growth from 6,742,000 total subscribers at the end of the second quarter of 2007 and 2 percent sequential growth from 8,243,000 subscribers at the end of the first quarter of 2008.

    Results:

    Subscribers - 8.4 million
    Revenue - $337.6 million
    GAAP Net Income - $26.6 million

Yes, the revenue were arround 150 million dollars last year, and he projected 300-350 million for this year, with 200 million investments in datacenters and servers.
