For the fist time in history of Apple, some executives speak about “future products”. In our case, the CFO Peter Oppenheimer. Well, ok, that means something, probabbly it’s something really great. But what it could be? A Mac Tablet it’s out of the question, because they never sell and Apple promises a big splash.     Apple updated its all-in-one iMac line with the latest Intel Core 2 Duo processors and the most powerful graphics ever available in an iMac. With prices starting at just $1,199, iMac includes faster processors with 6MB L2 cache and a faster 1066 MHz front-side bus across the entire line, and 2GB of memory standard in most models. The 24-inch iMac now offers a 3.06 GHz Intel processor and the high-performance NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GS graphics as options, extending iMac’s lead as the ultimate all-in-one desktop computer for both consumers and professionals.   • A backup appliance that works seamlessly with Time Machine to automatically and wirelessly back up everything on one or more Macs running Mac OS X Leopard, Time Capsule combines an 802.11n base station with a server grade hard disk in one small package. “Bring Time Capsule home, plug it in, click a few buttons on your Macs and voilà—all the Macs in your house are being backed up automatically, every hour of every day,” said Steve Jobs, Apple’s CEO. When it ships in February, Time Capsule will be available in models featuring 500GB and 1TB hard drives for $299 and $499, respectively.

  • Apple’s founder and CEO, Steve Jobs, is expected to announce new great things at Macworld, tuesday. It’s one year since it showed iPhone and Apple TV. Until now, many rumours have taken over the Internet. First it was a 3G iPhone, now it’s not. It seems it will be posponed since summer time.
