Romanian anti-virus producer BitDefender, who recently opened an office in Silicon Valley, found a US investor who will pay a “significant” cash amount for a share in the company. Details will come tomorrow at a press conference. “This deal valuates BitDefender as the largest software company in Romania”, said one official from Sotfwin Group.
