Toshiba, IBM devloping 32nm chip

While Intel just launched the 45 nm chips, Toshiba said it would join International Business Machines to develop system chips using 32-nanometre circuitry. The alliance also comprises Advanced Micro Devices, Samsung Electronics and others.
